PLURAL NOUNS

When we speak of more than two nouns ( person, place, thing or idea) we refer to it as PLURAL nouns.

We usually add an
S, ES, or IES
to the noun to get the plural form. Have a look ...

Some more examples :

There just isn't any one rule that we can follow to frame plural verbs.

A singular verb that ends in -SIS becomes -SES as the plural form ; oasis - oases while the singular verb person becomes people in the plural form . Confusing !!!

PLURAL form of compound nouns ....

This poem here sums up the confusion generated by plural verbs rather beautifully !
